• Minimum age for primary renter: 25
• Primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking and complete the Renter's Agreement and Truvi Guest Verification
• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly (up to 2 pets). Small dogs welcome; medium to large dogs considered case-by-case with owner approval. A $100 non-refundable fee per pet applies.
• Security: All guests are subject to a $400 refundable security hold. Guests may choose between this deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver via Truvi.
• House Rules: Please do not use the fireplaces inside the house. Guests must bring properly fitting life jackets for all group members.
• Supplies: A basic set of starter supplies is provided; guests are responsible for additional items needed during their stay.
