This secluded sanctuary is designed for comfort and intimacy. The layout features one bedroom with one custom-made king bed and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Upon arrival, original stone steps lead you to the front door and into a spacious main room that houses the king-size bed, a cozy couch, a coffee table, and a TV. A narrow staircase leads downstairs to a full kitchen, a small dining nook, and a bathroom featuring a tiled shower.

While the property provides a peaceful atmosphere, guests can enjoy the following features:

• Outdoor firepit for stargazing
• Starlink internet for a fast connection
• Entire building and grounds access

Located in a tranquil setting, the cottage adjoins a hidden state park with gentle, peaceful walking trails not found on typical maps. Despite its private feel, you are only 10 minutes away from some of the area's finest wineries, breweries, and restaurants.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Pet-friendly (minimal fee applies). To avoid an automatic $100 fee, please keep pets off furniture and bedding to prevent excessive hair on linens.
• Guests: The reservation must accurately match the number of guests at all times. No non-registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Noise & Events: No gatherings, parties of any kind, or exterior loud noise are allowed.
• Nature Notice: Being tucked away in the woods, the property is home to animals and bugs, including brown marmorated stink bugs during the early fall season.
• Access: The property is reached via a narrow gravel road off Route 15; any vehicle can typically make it in normal conditions.
