This inviting home is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex designed for comfort and convenience. The layout features a master bedroom with a Queen size bed for your beauty rest, and a second bedroom equipped with 2 twin size beds and a TV. For additional guests, the living room includes a sofa sleeper, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior has been newly renovated and beautifully decorated, featuring a well-appointed kitchen and dining room with everything you need to cook your favorite meals.

Enjoy the fresh air on the outdoor deck, which provides plenty of seating for your group. The property also offers covered parking underneath the house and access to a shared laundry area located downstairs.

Situated on 2nd Avenue, Silver Sands is just a short walk from the beach, putting the white sands and turquoise waters of Gulf Shores within easy reach. This property is a duplex; please note that both sides are available for rent, and a connecting door is available if both units are booked together.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent
• Identification: Photo ID is required at check-in
• Parking: 2 cars maximum; vehicle registration tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival
• Smoking: No smoking permitted inside the home
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (2 dog maximum) with a USD 225 non-refundable pet fee per pet

Additional Details: Linens are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Each reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, and one trash bag per trash can.

Winter Season Policies: Reservations made prior to October 1st for January and February require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, reservations for winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights. Contact management for special monthly "Snowbird" rates from November through February.
