• Pets: Dog-friendly (maximum of 2 pups). Please include pets in your guest count; a $100 fee applies for up to two dogs. Bags and a trash can are provided for pet waste.
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival; no refund for cancellations within 14 days.
• Additional Details: Parking permits are provided upon entry. A pack and play is available upon request (please request in advance).

To ensure a seamless stay, the hosts provide K-cups, sugar, creamer packets, travel-size shower soap, a sound machine, starter paper towels and toilet paper, as well as bed sheets, comforters, and mattress protectors. Beach towels are available for an additional fee ($20 for one or $35 for two). Guests are asked to keep shared spaces, including the pup area and grill, clean and tidy.
