This spacious retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom is a haven of relaxation featuring a King bed with a plush pillow top mattress, a sitting area with two chairs, a 50” TV, and a walk-in closet with luggage racks. The second bedroom provides a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and a 50” TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds and a 32” TV. Every bed is paired with deluxe pillows and fresh linens to make you feel as though you are sleeping on a cloud. Two full bathrooms are stocked with luxury towels, blow dryers, and essential toiletries.

Living spaces include nearly 1,500 square feet of comfort, featuring a cozy yet large living room with two full-size sofas, rattan furniture, and a dedicated workspace. The large dining room is open to the living area and accommodates six guests. For those dining in, the full-featured kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A dedicated laundry room provides a full-sized washer and dryer, though laundry supplies are not provided.

Outside, the large yard is designed for leisure with a patio, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit with firewood, and corn hole boards. A private driveway accommodates three to four vehicles; please note that street parking is strictly prohibited.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, The Greenhouse is within a 15-20 minute walk of several restaurants, historic houses, and old churches. It is a safe 5-minute walk to Winterfield Crossing and the Gather Midlothian co-working space. The property is ideally situated for medical professionals, located within 10-20 minutes of St. Francis, Johnston Willis, and Chippenham Hospitals, and roughly 25 minutes from downtown Richmond and VCU.
