Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite featuring a vanity and walk-in shower, two bedrooms with Queen beds (one featuring a desk and chair with backyard views), and a third bedroom furnished with two twin beds and extra blankets. A second larger bathroom in the hallway offers a bathtub/shower combination.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is designed for socializing, boasting comfortable seating, a large Roku Smart TV, and a farm-style dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bar with seating for four. For entertainment, a dedicated bonus room serves as a game room equipped with a shuffleboard table and Roku Smart TV. Note that while the main house uses central air, the game room operates on a dedicated mini-split system.
