This inviting home is designed for comfort and ease, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a spacious King bedroom with an attached bathroom, a Queen bedroom, and a third bedroom equipped with a Twin over Full bunk setup. To make your arrival seamless, all linens and beach towels are included.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old; a driver's license and signed rental agreement are required.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway. No boats or trailers permitted per HOA rules. Note that the garage does not have space for vehicle parking.
• Access: Property requires climbing stairs both outside to the front door and inside to the living area.
• Safety: A doorbell camera operates 24/7 at the front entrance.
• Maintenance: Monthly pest control occurs the first Monday of every month (10 AM - 1 PM). Guest access is required; refusal may result in a $45 charge.
• Pets are not allowed.
