Designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, the layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom provides a restful escape with a king-sized bed and its own TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a full bed, while the third bedroom offers a versatile bunk bed featuring a full bed on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. All linens are provided for your convenience, ensuring a stress-free arrival.

Inside, the home is designed for togetherness and ease. A cozy living room with a TV, DVD player, and satellite TV serves as the hub for entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals and includes a dining area as well as seating at the bar. • Pets: Allowed with a non-refundable USD 225 fee per pet

• Parking: Ample space for a boat or trailer; maximum of two parking spaces available; vehicle registration tags are required
• Winter Season Rules: For January and February stays booked before October 1st, a 60-day minimum is required. After October 1st, minimums vary between three to seven nights. Inquire about monthly "Snowbird" rates from November through February.
• Supplies: A starter set of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
