Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Pets: Small dogs (up to 50 lbs) are welcome with pre-approval and a $200 pet fee per stay. Pets are not permitted on furniture.
• Smoking: There is a strict 100% no smoking policy inside the unit. Smoking is only permitted on the deck area (not in the screened-in porch); failure to comply results in a $250 cleaning charge.
• Parking: All vehicles must be parked on the unit site. Please do not park in city streets, spaces designated for other cottages, or in the circle surrounding the pool.
• Guests: No overnight guests are allowed. Day visitors are subject to additional resort fees.
• Note: Being a beach cottage in a Southern state, guests may encounter the occasional water bug despite quarterly treatments.
