Designed for both large groups and intimate getaways, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two main bedrooms on the ground floor each offer a queen bed, while the third bedroom is a spacious loft overlooking the kitchen and living area, containing one queen bed and two twin beds. The interior is a beautiful blend of modern design and comfort, boasting vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large open gathering areas.

• Base rental rate includes 4 people; additional guests are extra.
• Pets: Allowed (Dogs only, max 2) with a fee of $100 per dog. No cats permitted.
• Firewood: Optional outdoor firewood is available for $15/night.
• Trash: Guests must take trash with them; dumpster access is available at Shenandoah River Outfitters, or the house manager can assist for a tip of $5 per bag.
• Restrictions: No parties, events, or unregistered guests allowed. A separate security deposit is required.
