This beautiful three-story townhouse provides the perfect place for families to relax, play, swim, and paddle safely while enjoying exceptional bay views and serene waters just steps from your door.
This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The master suite offers a king bed with its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the water. Two additional guest rooms each feature queen beds, with convenient bathroom access. For extra guests, a queen air mattress with bedding is provided.

The community offers additional amenities within a 3-minute walk, including a heated pool available year-round with specific hours, clubhouse with cardio equipment, and private beach access. The water's edge proximity makes this location unlike any other - watch for dolphins while kids play safely in the shallow bay waters.
Located in the peaceful Innerarity Townhomes community, you can spend all day isolated from the hustle and bustle, or take a short 5-mile drive to the Gulf beaches, dining, and attractions along Perdido Key. Multiple public beach accesses are easily accessible when you're ready to explore.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM with convenient keypad entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not permitted, guests must be 25 years or older to book (exceptions for married couples over 21), and occupancy is limited to 8 guests maximum. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
