Pets over 20 pounds are welcome with a current rabies certificate and $100 fee per dog (maximum 2 dogs, no cats). Guests should plan to take trash with them or arrange removal with the house manager for $5 per bag. During November through March, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended for inclement weather conditions.

We supply our own renter agreement and waiver that you must sign after booking on Airbnb. We're happy to provide a copy prior to booking. Please note that there is also a separate security deposit of $300 required for this property.

You must declare in advance, and pay for, all guests that come to the property. If you select "a guest" or "1" guest and then bring additional guests, there will be extra fees assessed later. Most of our properties have higher rates for larger groups, so please make sure to declare the correct number of guests up front.

The base rate includes 4 people. Additional guests are an extra fee of $30 per person per night

You must provide a real email address and phone number after booking, so that we can contact you directly without messaging through Airbnb for important/emergency matters. We will send you a form to complete after booking - please do this ASAP.

If mid-day events are allowed at this property (they may not be, so please check), there will be a fee schedule for the event based on event size. Please contact us ahead of time for event fees. Do not plan on bringing additional day-time guests to the property without declaring it ahead of time and asking if that is okay and what the cost is.

There is a pet fee of $100 per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets and pets must be OVER 20 lbs. A current rabies certificate must be sent to us after booking.
