ISLAND SHORES CONDOMINIUM RULES

The following is a list of Rules and Regulations that all owners and their guests will be expected to follow. We are trying to provide a safe and clean complex for everyone to enjoy.
1. QUITE TIMES are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS YOU WILL BE ASK TO LEAVE THE UNIT AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN!!!!
2. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Any guests found to have a pet will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
3. PARKING RULES will be strictly enforced. There is a (2) car limit per unit with a (1) car limit for 2 bedroom units during holidays, special events, festivals and any other designated time frames as directed by the board. NO BOATS, RV’s, or TRAILERS allowed. DISPLAY THE ISLAND SHORES GUEST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AT ALL TIMES and COMPLETELY FILLED OUT. Failure to do so may result in removal of the vehicle.
4. POOL HOURS are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM ONLY! All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES. “Swim Pants” for toddlers are required. Any item left overnight will be discarded. Pool furniture must not be removed from the pool deck.
5. Do not hand anything from the balcony railing (front or back).
6. DO NOT FEED THE BIRDS FROM THE BALCONIES. It poses a health risk to the other guests.
7. Trash chutes are for kitchen size garbage bags only. Anything larger than 13 gal. must be carried to the ground floor and placed inside the bin. DO NOT PUT CARDBOARD BOXES, UMBRELLAS, CHAIRS, ETC. IN THE TRASH CHUTES.
8. Ash trays and urns are provided all around the property. USE THEM. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUNDS.
9. Operating gas or charcoal grills on the balconies is not allowed, BY ORDINANCE OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
10. Laundry facilities are for Island Shores owners and their guests only.
11. No running or horseplay is allowed. Skateboards and roller blades are prohibited on the property. PARENTS – Do not allow your children to play in the elevator or stairwell. These areas must be kept clear for their intended use at all times. Do not leave items in the common walkways where others might trip on them.
12. Carts and buggies are not allowed in the units. Please return them to the ground floor when you are finished.
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL CONSTITUTE A REASON FOR YOU TO BE ASK TO LEAVE THE UNIT/COMPLEX WITH NO REFUND!!! PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR PROPERTY AND FOLLOW THE RULES!!
