Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring a single day bed and a dedicated desk and chair for those needing a remote work setup. The single full bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Inside, the space is centered around a gas fireplace to keep you cozy on chilly nights. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. For entertainment and utility, guests have access to a Smart TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer. The home also features a porch with seating and a table for dining and lounging in the fresh air.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy an inviting under-house outdoor living area featuring a pool table, string lights, and seating.
