• Pets: Dogs are welcome (limit of 2), with a pet fee of $50 per dog. Cats are not accepted.
• Trash: There is no trash service in the area. Guests are asked to take their trash with them (instructions for a nearby facility are provided) or pay the housekeeper a tip of $5 per bag for removal.
• Water: Due to local water conditions, a slight sulfur smell may be present when first turned on; the water is perfectly safe to drink and a filter is provided.
• Winter Travel: For bookings between November and March, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in case of inclement weather.
• A separate security deposit is required for this property.
