This spacious two-story condo is designed for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. The layout features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two physical beds complemented by a sleeper sofa and a hide-away bed to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest. The home is fully furnished and well-stocked with essential dishes, cookware, and silverware, providing a convenient home-base for your getaway.

Located in a prime spot, Heron Landing gives you the unique advantage of having a private beach area and boardwalk on Little Lagoon, which is ideal for those who enjoy fishing. When you're ready for the open ocean, convenient beach access to the stunning Gulf of Mexico is located just across the street, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation that balances activities and relaxation.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent, and a photo ID is required upon arrival. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted on the property. To ensure a smooth arrival, be aware that vehicle registration tags are required and can be purchased at the office or upon arrival, with a maximum of two cars allowed.

To help you settle in, a starter set is provided, including hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels. While linens are provided for your comfort, please remember to bring your own beach towels for your trips to the lagoon and gulf. For those seeking a longer escape, monthly "Snowbird" rates are available between November and February.
