Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across flexible sleeping spaces. The Owner's Suite features a king bed and a private full bath. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two XL twin beds. A loft space provides two twins plus a twin trundle — perfect for younger guests. A second full bath is conveniently located outside Bedrooms 2 and 3. Beds are made with clean linens prior to your arrival.

Rent bikes, paddleboards, or explore Old Baldy Lighthouse, historic island tours, and the many trails and guided excursions offered through the BHI Conservancy and local outfitters.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (children under 2 sleeping in a crib are excluded from the count)
• Primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property for the entire stay
• Pets welcome: non-refundable pet fee of $250 for one dog; $350 for two dogs
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No parties or events — violations subject to immediate eviction with no refund and a $500 charge
• No uninvited guests without prior permission
• Ferry tickets, parking fees, and tram reservations are not included — check the BHI Ferry website in advance
• Community pool is seasonal; no refunds if pool is closed for any reason
• BHI Club membership and Shoals Club are not included; no refunds if club access is restricted or denied
• Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee
• Travel insurance is highly recommended
