• Pets: Up to two dogs (under 50 lbs) are allowed for a $79 fee. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in the hot tub.
• Rules: This is a smoke-free property ($1,000 fine) with a strict no-party policy. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM.
• Additional Notes: Water is provided via a community well system with reverse osmosis filtration for drinking. Please bring your own charcoal and firewood for the grill and fire pit.
