MUST PURCHASE parking pass onsite, limit 2, and display in vehicle, price subject to change. 4 PM arrival,10 AM departure. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES. At departure place all garbage in trash. There is no trash pickup at the unit. Clean and put away all dishes, do not leave dishwasher running. Sweep all sand from the unit. Max 6 people.
