The property is situated on 17 acres of a naturally landscaped farm, where the hosts train and breed AKC Champion Hungarian Vizslas. Guests are free to wander the grounds and explore the scenic environment, which includes two serene ponds and several wildflower fields specifically maintained to attract honey bees. As the sun sets, you can throw some logs on the fire pit and sit back to enjoy life under the stars while listening to the calming sounds of the countryside.

The property is a working farm dedicated to champion bird dogs, blending athletic animal husbandry with the natural quiet of the North Carolina woods.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 23 years old to book and stay.
• Parking: Limited space available; only 1 vehicle is allowed per cabin. No trailers, boat trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles of any kind are permitted.
• Guest Policy: No outside guests not listed on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time.
• Deliveries: All food deliveries and rideshares must be met at the beginning of the dirt road, as they are not permitted on the property.
• Safety & Guidelines: Due to the rural setting, wildlife encounters are extremely possible; guests should remain aware of their surroundings. Firearms must be declared before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
• Connectivity: Please note that internet may be spotty at times, particularly during adverse weather.
