This thoughtfully designed space features 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a King bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. For additional guests, the layout includes a set of twin bunks located in the hall and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located across from the hall bunks.

The interior boasts an open concept, including a comfortable living room with a TV and two armchairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, dining accessories, a regular coffee pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. Dining options include a table for 4 and additional bar seating for 3. Guests can step directly from the living room onto the patio to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. For added convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer and keyless code entry.

Located near historic Fort Morgan, the property is across the street from Fort Morgan Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant. Guests are just a 5-minute, 300-yard walk via a paved sidewalk to the community boardwalk leading to a secluded stretch of white sandy beach. The surrounding area offers endless exploration, from the championship golf courses and Tanger Mall Outlet stores to the thrills of OWA Amusement Park and The Wharf in Orange Beach. Local favorites like Sassy Bass and The Pines convenience store are also just moments away.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this condo, and proof of age is required. Pets, smoking, and parties are strictly prohibited. A parking pass must be obtained from onsite security upon arrival for $50 per vehicle (maximum 1 vehicle). Please note that oversized vehicles, trailers, boats, campers, or motor homes are not allowed on the property. A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper is provided, so please bring extras for longer stays. All beach items must be removed daily.
