• Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed.
• Occupancy: Maximum 7 guests (children under 2 in a crib do not count toward occupancy).
• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Restrictions: No parties, events, or uninvited guests. A $500 fee applies if a party is hosted.
• Notes: Ferry tickets, parking, and tram reservations are not included. BHI Club memberships are available for purchase separately.
