The sleeping arrangements include a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a loft bedroom containing a queen bed and a twin bed. Guests can relax in the cozy living room featuring a propane fireplace or prepare meals in the cozy kitchen equipped with a coffee station.

• Additional Fees: The base rate includes 3 guests; each additional guest is $30 per night. A firewood charge of $10/night applies for the outdoor fire pit unless guests provide their own.
• Security: A security camera is located on the property, pointed toward the driveway. A separate security deposit is required.
• Cancellations: 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund within 30 days. A 48-hour grace period for free cancellation applies if arrival is at least 7 days away.
