By booking our condo, you certify that you have read and understood the House Rules and the Tradewinds Condo Rules and agree to abide by them at all times. You also certify that you are 25 years of age or older and financially responsible for any damage by parties present during your occupancy dates. Failure to do so could result in eviction with no refund, loss of security deposit, and/or additional fines incurred.

The responsible party must be at least 25 years of age to book this condo and must remain on-premises entire length of booked dates. Proof of identification will be required.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, reservation deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be allowed to check in.

The owner reserves the right to verify the identification and/or the age of all guests staying in the condo at any time. Should it be found that anyone other than the agreed-upon rental party is staying in the condo at any time all occupants will be evicted, and no refund will be given.

Amber Dunlap (Owner) is a licensed Realtors with Realty Executives Gulf Coast. The rental of this property is owner-operated and in no way affiliated with Realty Executives Gulf Coast.

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance. Refunds will not be issued for events beyond the owner's control such as unfortunate weather forecasts or coronavirus-related closures or travel restrictions that may arise.

Smoking is not allowed.

Animals are not allowed. Due to homeowners’ severe allergies, this includes assistance animals.

Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m. If requested and able to accommodate, there is a $50 additional fee for early check-in or late check-out.

The maximum number of guests is limited to 7 people.

No parties or illegal activities are allowed. Complaints of unruly behavior will result in eviction with no refund.

No items from the condo shall be removed at any time.

Furniture is not to be rearranged.

The rental rate includes a one-time linen and towel set-up. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We suggest you bring beach towels. Towels and linens are not allowed to be removed from the unit. If it is found that any linens are stained, damaged, or missing upon Guest departure, Homeowner will recover these costs from the Guest.

A starter supply of bathroom tissue and paper towels is provided. Guests are responsible for anything in addition to the starter supply provided.

Please report any malfunctioning appliances or damage as soon as possible. We will strive to make repairs as soon as possible. Guest shall allow condo owner or representative access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The owner/representative shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

All the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair, routine maintenance (pest control, etc.), inspection, showing for sale, and/or rental party verification. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

Owner will provide 1 parking pass with each booked stay. If additional parking is needed guests may purchase an additional parking pass for $30. Trailers, boats, RV's, etc. are not allowed to be parked at the complex.

Rinse any sand off before entering the condo. Excess sand in the unit causes damage to the plumbing and can also mean extra cleaning fees. There is an outdoor shower located near the beach access and pool area.

Do not place items that do not belong in sinks, toilets, or showers such as grease, sand, or feminine products.

No items are to thrown from or be hung on the railings of either balcony (towels, bathing suits, etc.)

Monthly stays are only available from November through February and with owner confirmation prior to booking.

Keep the condo locked when not occupied.

We want nothing more than for you to relax and enjoy your stay! Please treat our home in the same manner you would treat yours!
