Sleeping arrangements include three king beds with Helix mattresses—located in the master, a second main-floor room, and the basement—along with a second-floor room featuring two twin beds and two pull-out trundles for children.

Important guest information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a smoke-free property with a strict no-party rule and quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Dogs are welcome (up to two under 50 lbs) subject to a $79 fee and specific house rules. Please note that due to 82"-83" ceilings, this home is not recommended for guests taller than 6'7". A doorbell camera is active at the front entrance for security purposes.
