Your memories await at Sunchase, a modern, top-floor beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Designed for a relaxing and easygoing beach vacation, this newly updated getaway on West Beach offers breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets and direct access to sugar-white sands just one minute from your door.

This inviting space features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed and Smart TV in the first bedroom, and a Twin/Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle and Smart TV in the second bedroom. For additional guests, the living room is equipped with a Queen pullout sofa. All linens, pillows, and extra blankets are provided for your comfort.

Inside, the living area is anchored by a plush sofa, two accent chairs, and a 55” Smart TV. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is well-appointed with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and blender, complemented by a dining table for four and three bar stools. Families with children will appreciate the thoughtful additions of plastic dishes, cups, utensils, and a small assortment of toys and games.

Step onto the balcony to hear the waves or enjoy the shared community features:

Located on the 3rd floor of the complex, please note there is no elevator; guests must be able to walk up three flights of stairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To book this property, you must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not allowed. A parking fee of $52 per stay is required via VRPAccess. We provide a starter supply of incidentals including toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dishwasher pods. Travel insurance is recommended for bookings between March and October, as refunds are not provided for beach closures or inclement weather.
