The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements are well-appointed: the main floor features a Queen Tempur-Pedic Cloud with barnwood furniture and a full bath with a walk-in shower; the upstairs bedroom offers a Queen Beautyrest and a full bath with a clawfoot tub/shower. Additional flexible sleeping includes a Queen sleeper sofa in the basement with a third full bath (walk-in shower) and a twin sleeper chair in the loft.

Nestled in a peaceful Virginia holler between Greene and Madison Counties, the property is located in Virginia Wine Country on the edge of the Monticello AVA, just 11 miles from Early Mountain Vineyards. It is approximately 18 miles from the Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park and within easy reach of Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport, wineries, breweries, and hiking trails.
