This level also hosts the primary suite, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, along with a convenient half-bath. The second floor provides three additional retreats: a second bedroom with a king bed and flat-screen TV, a third bedroom with two twin beds perfect for children or friends, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, all served by a full hallway bathroom.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the home provides essential comforts for a seamless stay including high-speed WiFi, an in-home washer and dryer, and a shared driveway providing parking for two cars, with additional paid street parking available nearby.
