First off, apologies for such a long list of strict rules and thank you for your understanding that these rules must exist due to prior experiences with a few bad guests. In other words, we usually don’t apply these rules as strictly as they sound but we must maintain the right to protect the property.

• LIABILITY: All guests agree that the owner, property manager, and all property staff shall not be liable for any damage or any injury to: any guests, to any other person, or to any property occurring anywhere on the property premises. • This is an Innkeeper agreement meaning all guests must declare: 1) they have a separate primary home address, 2) their intention of staying is for transient purposes only, and 3) they will not establish landlord/tenant relations but instead only an owner/guest relationship.
