The primary bedroom features a new King bed, while the additional living space includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a Double Murphy bed to accommodate your entire party. The unit is serviced by 1 bathroom (with a half-bath as well).

Inside, you will find a cozy, well-appointed space featuring two flat-screen TVs for unwinding, two window air conditioners to keep you cool, and high-speed wireless internet. • Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Policies: Families only. Minimum check-in age is 21. A signed rental agreement and a valid Visa or MasterCard on file are required for check-in.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets allowed. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited and may result in eviction.
• Limited Access: No access to the waterpark, 40-foot-tall slide, on-site Starbucks, restaurant, pool snack bar, Tiki Bar, mini-golf, or fitness room. No golf carts.
• Provided: Linens, comforters, bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and 2 bath towels/washcloths per bed.
• Not Provided: Hand towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
