The home features a comfortable layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, and private access to the back patio where you can enjoy partial ocean views. A second bedroom also provides a queen-sized bed, while the designated bunk room is bathed in an abundance of natural light and includes a smart TV, a single twin bed, and a bunk bed with a twin over a queen. The two identical full bathrooms are conveniently located side by side in the hallway and feature tub/shower combos.
Designed for ease and enjoyment, the kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a subway tile backsplash, an island for extra prep space, and tall white cabinets. For your convenience, the space includes a Keurig combination coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, and a wide variety of pots and pans. The dining table seats six, with two additional seats available. In the living area, a comfy beach-themed couch accompanies a smart TV with cable and a DVD player. Large sliding glass doors lead to a patio with ocean views, and the home is stocked with puzzles and games for family fun, as well as a high chair and pack-and-play crib for those traveling with little ones.
Guests have access to the whole condo and community amenities, including a seasonal community pool, an outdoor shower, a private walkway to the beach, and a charcoal grilling area with picnic tables.
Practical details include keyless entry and a check-in time of 4:00 PM with check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note the condo is built on stilts and requires stairs for access as there is no elevator. Only one designated parking space is provided; overflow is first-come, first-served, and parking passes are required. Golf carts, smoking, and house parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Linen and towel services vary by season; they are included from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but require an additional fee or guest provision outside of those dates. A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to arrival.
