The beautifully remodeled custom kitchen is a standout, featuring quartz countertops, soft-close drawers, and a full pantry. For sleeping arrangements, the main suite offers a King bed with a private bath and updated walk-in shower, while the other two bedrooms feature Queen beds and one bunk bed, sharing a tub/shower combo bathroom. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen ROKU TV.

Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the dock is closed for Summer 2026. Due to the location, heavy rain or high tides may cause flooding under the house and in the driveway, which may affect the lower floor bedroom.

House Rules:

• Minimum rental age is 25; groups must consist of at least half adults over 25.
• No pets allowed ($500 fee if found).
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises ($500 fee and eviction).
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called).
• No campers or RVs.
• A $1,000 security deposit is required.
• Same-day check-in is not allowed.
