This spacious residence features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for both comfort and privacy, featuring coastal-inspired decor throughout. The Master Bedroom offers a King bed and a private bathroom, Guest Bedroom 1 provides a second King bed with a shared bathroom, and Guest Bedroom 2 includes a Queen bed, also utilizing the shared bathroom. Each room is equipped with its own TV to ensure every guest has a space to relax.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To maintain the pristine condition of the home, pets and smoking are strictly prohibited; evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. No parties or events are allowed, and the use of golf carts or motorcycles on the property is forbidden. While the primary renter is generally expected to be 25 years of age or older, younger guests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Guests are provided with a basic supply starter kit for their first night.
