Sleeping Arrangements The home features 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across 3 bathrooms. The upper level contains 4 bedrooms, each furnished with one queen bed and served by 2 bathrooms. The lower level consists of a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a separate entrance and individual window H-AC units. Each bedroom in the downstairs suite also features one queen bed. Please note there is no floor-to-floor access between the levels.

The neighborhood is home to a variety of fantastic dining options, ranging from upscale spots like Greg Norman Australian Grill, Clark's Seafood and Chop House, and The Oyster Rock Waterfront Seafood, to local favorites such as LuLu's NMB, Cooper's Tavern, and Gino's NY Style Pizzeria. While vehicles are the primary mode of transport, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available for your convenience.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Keys must be picked up from and returned to the rental office. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent and stay for the duration of the visit. This is a non-smoking property; smoking in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee. House parties and motorcycles/trailers/motor homes are strictly prohibited. Parking is limited to a maximum of two automobiles per property; permits will be issued if required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Pets are allowed (one pet under 40 lbs) with a $150 charge. Please note that rentals are accepted only from June 1st through September 1st, as the home does not rent during the winter season.
