While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is situated within a private gated community that provides an array of leisure options. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, a second outdoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness room, and barbecue grills. Inside the condo, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with service for 8, a Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. For entertainment and family needs, the unit includes DirecTV, three Smart TVs, and a playpen for little ones. Free high-speed internet is provided, and all linens are furnished alongside a starter supply of paper and soap products.
