The home features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The main level boasts an open-plan living area with tile floors, loveseats, and swivel chairs centered around a 55" smart 4K TV. The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with quartz counters and a gas cooktop, offering seating for 10 at the table and bar. The master suite on this level includes a queen bed, 32" smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a full bath with a washer and dryer. Additionally, the Carolina room serves as a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed, a gaming console, and a large picture window overlooking the channels.

The upper level contains two additional bedrooms; one features a queen bed and a twin bed, while the other has a queen bed, both sharing a full bathroom. For entertainment, there is a dedicated game room accessible via outside stairs, which includes air hockey, ping-pong, foosball, a kitchenette, two futons, and a full bath.

Outside, you can relax on the full sun lounging deck or the shaded hangout spot below, which features a fully fenced yard, gas grill, picnic table, hammock chairs, and an outdoor shower—including a dedicated shower for your pet.

Located in a quiet residential community, Turtle Groove is just a short drive to grocery stores, golf courses, and premier shopping and dining destinations like Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, and Broadway at the Beach. Two public beach access points are located on the same block just steps away.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking home and motorcycles are not allowed. The minimum age for reservations and check-in is 25. Pets are welcome with a 3-dog limit (50 lbs per dog), a $100 non-refundable fee per pet, and a $500 refundable deposit. To maintain the peace of the community, house parties and groups are not permitted.
