Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom provides a restful king bed, while the second bedroom is generously equipped with one king bed and two twin beds. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room to ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest.

This fully furnished home is equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Guests can enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the pool area and provides an ocean view. The interior is designed for convenience and ease, featuring a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and an in-unit washer and dryer.

• Age Requirement: 25 years for all non-family groups (must be met at check-in)
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony.
• Vehicle Policy: No motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are permitted onsite. Free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicles or for those exceeding the unit's permit limit (park at your own risk).
• Stay Limit: Only valid for short-term stays of 27 nights or less.
