Pets, motorcycles, trailers, and motor homes are strictly prohibited on the property, and house parties are not allowed.

Parking is limited to a maximum of three automobiles, as no more than three permits will be issued. Please be aware that vehicles in violation are subject to being towed by the City of North Myrtle Beach at the owner's expense.
