This spacious retreat is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The master bedroom features a King size bed with an ocean view out the window and an en-suite full bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is designed for flexibility with custom-made bunks that sleep 3 and a ladder for access. A second full bath with a shower/tub combo serves the home, and TVs are conveniently located in both bedrooms and the main living room.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Access: Top floor unit accessible via 3.5 flights of stairs (no elevators)
• Age Requirement: All guests must be 21+ (children welcome with parents/grandparents)
• Restrictions: No pets allowed ($600 fee if violated), no smoking in or around the condo ($250 fee), and no parties or special events
• Fees: $50 fee for unreturned parking passes; $25 fee per lost beach towel; $50 charge per 30 minutes for late check-outs
• Beach Rules: Follow Horry County tent and umbrella regulations; items cannot be left on the beach between 7 p.m. and 8 a.m.
