On the main level, you will find two guest bedrooms, both featuring queen size beds; one includes an upgraded ensuite bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower, while the other has easy access to a hall bath with an oversized tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, the incredible master bedroom suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and custom tiled walk-in shower. A fourth fabulous bedroom is perfect for younger travelers, equipped with two sets of twin-size bunk beds and a separate twin bed, with nearby access to the fourth bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Inside, a spacious open living space beautifully blends traditional and coastal styles, complete with comfortable seating, a sizable ottoman, and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is steps away, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a huge center island with bar seating for 4, while the dining area seats up to 8. The real highlight is the enormous covered porch with 6 rocking chairs and additional seating for 4. For extra convenience, a second refrigerator is located downstairs.

One of the most special features is the "Captain’s Perch"—a bonus living space on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a flatscreen TV. This room opens to a top balcony with absolutely stunning ocean and marsh views, providing a fantastic spot to watch breathtaking sunsets. Outside, a sundeck with multiple lounger chairs awaits.
