Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keypad, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Dogs are welcome (max 3) with a fee of $10 per day plus tax; please provide breed, color, weight, and age at booking, and ensure a crate or carrier is used when away.

Strict policies are in place to respect the neighborhood: loud parties and large gatherings are prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; smoking or marijuana evidence inside results in a $250 fine. Stays of 30 days or more may require an Arizona lease and are subject to a $350 utility cap.
