About Property

Discover the ultimate mountain getaway at the luxe Après Chalet, a gorgeous retreat nestled in the heart of Ellicottville, New York. Beautifully renovated with design and comfort in mind, this stunning home offers an ideal blend of a private, off-the-grid feel and easy access to local attractions.

The chalet is designed for large groups and families, featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, with 3 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The interior is a cabin goer's dream, boasting over 3,000 square feet of living space. The open concept design centers around an A-frame great room ceiling, creating a bright and comfy setting. Guests can relax by the fireplace or gather in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove-top, wine fridge, and a solid wood dining table.

Entertainment is abundant throughout the home. The space includes shuffleboard, air hockey, a dart board, a record player, and a popcorn machine. For the younger guests, a kid's fort provides endless fun. The home is also equipped with six large SmartTVs (50-65") and DirectTV Satellite service. For those working remotely, high-speed fiber optic WiFi is available throughout the property, complemented by a dedicated upstairs work area.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. The private lot is surrounded by mature pine trees and offers amazing views of the local skiing. Guests can unwind in the barrel sauna, soak in the outdoor hot-tub, or gather around the fire-pit with provided firewood. Other outdoor highlights include a BBQ and a variety of lawn games.

Located just 4 minutes from the charming village of Ellicottville—known for its Hallmark-movie atmosphere, boutiques, and restaurants—the chalet is also perfectly positioned for adventure. Holiday Valley, the 'Aspen of the East,' is only 7-8 minutes away, while the tubing park is 4 minutes away. Within 20 minutes, you can explore the vast hiking and biking trails of Alleghany State Park.
