To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please note that the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and stay for the duration of the visit. This is a non-smoking property; smoking in the rooms will result in a $250.00 USD cleaning fee. Pets, house parties, motorcycles, trailers, motor homes, and golf carts are strictly prohibited on the property. HOA rules apply to all guests. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
