Important Guest Information: This adult-oriented property is not suitable for children. Strict non-smoking policy applies throughout the unit and balcony with no exceptions. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. One parking pass provided per reservation with 6'7" garage clearance. Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM with no flexibility. Minimum stays: 3 nights off-season (4 nights for holidays), 7 nights June-August. Primary guest must be 25+ and present throughout stay. No third-party bookings, pets, or daily housekeeping. Security deposit hold required on credit card. Signed rental agreement and adult ID verification required within 24 hours of booking before door codes are released.
