Important guest information: This professionally managed property requires minimum stays during certain holidays - three nights for Memorial Day and Martin Luther King Jr weekend, four nights for JMU graduation, Thanksgiving, and Christmas through New Year. The gas fireplace is available October 31 through March 31 only. Guests must refill propane tank if emptied and bring personal toiletries and detergent. The home is part of Massanutten Property Owners Association with strict community guidelines including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, designated parking areas, leashed pets requirement, no outdoor fires due to wildfire risk, and proper trash disposal at designated dumpster locations. All vehicles must park off-road, and no open alcohol containers are permitted in common areas.
