The sleeping arrangements provide a mix of luxury and versatility: the first floor features a primary suite with a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom boasting dual rain showers and handheld wands. On the second floor, you will find a second king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a day bed that converts to a third king bed. The remaining rooms include a queen bedroom and a versatile fourth bedroom equipped with a twin bed, a trundle, and an extra twin mattress. A convenient Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination serves the queen and twin rooms.

Designed for gathering, the interior features a spacious open floor plan with an airy living room characterized by cathedral ceilings and a large 70-inch smart TV. The professionally designed dining area includes a padded banquette and seating for 8+, while the fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with a combination drip and Keurig coffee maker, blender, mixer, and toaster.

Outside, the property is nestled on a heavily wooded lot among mature trees. Guests can unwind in the expansive backyard by the Solo smokeless fire pit, surrounded by comfortable Polywood chairs, while enjoying a serene view of the lake through the trees.

• Note: The house does not have direct access to the lake. The driveway is steep but levels off at the top for unloading. Please be aware that the gas fireplace is currently non-functional and there are two steps down into Bedroom #2. Landscaping is currently in progress due to weather and HOA approvals.

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund is available if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival; no refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days.
