Please make sure all dishes are clean and properly put away before checking out. (Dish washer pods can be found in your welcome bag)
Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)

How far is the beach access from the unit? There are 2 different beach access points. one to the left and one to the right of the unit. Both access points are within sight of the unit. Vehicles are not required to reach the beach access from the unit.
