(Key Cards: PLEASE NOTE - For the time being, guests will obtain the key cards (that work ONLY to access the indoor pool in the Driftwood tower and the resort doors afterhours - between 5pm and 6am) from the Registration Office as well. Guests will also return said cards to the Registration Office at check-out. If you have any issues procuring the key cards, please call us. Otherwise, if you cannot obtain a key card, you can also call the resort security (number provided below) and they will let you in the resort doors afterhours. Between 5PM and 6AM, the sliding glass doors to the resort will lock. If you forget the key cards in the room, most of the time there are guests coming in and out of the resort. You can also call Security to let you in. (In case of a real emergency, please dial 911)

Because this is a short term vacation rental, per SC law, hosts are not required to accept any service animals, EXCEPT for ADA service dogs. The complex that our listing is located in follows a strict rule that only ADA service dogs are allowed. Please do your own due diligence about what an ADA service dog is. If you have any other service animal, they will not be permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given due to this.
Guests agree to the following upon booking:
*Guests must immediately notify management of any damages upon arrival.
*We have a strict 11 am check out time. This is to ensure that guests like yourselves can arrive to a clean room on time.
*Our cancellation policy can be read in Airbnb before booking. We will abide by this.
*Altering a reservation must be approved by management and is subject to fees.
*Guests must NOT sublease the unit.
*All house parties are prohibited.
*No pets are permitted. Only ADA service dogs. If bringing an ADA service dog, guests will need to supply a copy of their Vaccination records, per SC law, and sign an ADA Advance Notice Form when checking in at the resorts front desk.
*All guests must abide to the rules and regulations of the complex where our unit is located.
*Amenities that are listed MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival. Balconies, pools, hot tubs, restaurants, arcade rooms and other advertised amenities could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year. We do not give any refunds or rebates due to this. Guests are required to do their own due diligence to see if amenities are available.
*Construction may take place at our location or at a nearby location. This could cause noise, loss of amenities or obstruction of view. We do our best to notify guests when we are aware of something in the area going on. However, it is still the guest`s responsibility to do their own due diligence to see if any construction is going. There will be no refunds due to this.
*All items in the unit are privately owned. This includes all bedding, towels and linens. Please leave all of these at your departure. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
*The cleaning fee included in your total covers the cost of a basic cleaning for the whole unit, laundering of the linens, and a "starter pack" of toiletries. Guests are still expected to pick up after themselves. Please dispose of all items (food, trash, personal items etc). Wash all dishes that were used.
*This unit is non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in charges.
*All of our rules are to protect the property and to ensure that the incoming guest is able to check in on time with no issues.
Pest Control Notice-
To ensure a pest-free environment, routine pest control treatments are scheduled for all properties. Access must be provided on the treatment date.
Treatments are safe for all guests and pets.
Please note access to the unit is required; failure to do so may incur additional fees.

Late Checkout charges.
$25 for the first hour.
$50 for every additional hour not out of the room up until check in time at 4pm
If a guest is still in the unit after check in time. We will charge the guest for an additional night on top of the other late checkout fees.
If we have to cancel a upcoming guest due to a guest still occupying the unit after checkout. The guest will also be responsible for the lost revenue on the incoming guest.
Parking: We cannot personally guarantee the allowance of motorcycles or trailer on site. We cannot provide additional parking passes for these if they are lost.
Breaking House Rules - We will charge an additional $150
Wifi - The Wifi is operated by the resort, not by us as the off-site management company. While we do offer login information, we do not control its reliability, speed, or availability. We do not offer discounts or make rate adjustments for any amenity that may not be available during the stay.
Key Cards: There will be additional charges for any key cards that are not left inside the room. The instructions for the key cards will be provided in the welcome packet sent to your email prior to checking in.
RESORT MANAGEMENT: Casago Myrtle Beach and its homeowners cannot guarantee that all facilities and/or amenities will be available for the use of our renters. From time to time, resort managers, builders, developers, and the HOA board will change the rules and regulations of which amenities our guests have access to, all of which are out of our control. We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or offer rebates due to these matters.
Our office hours are from 8 am to 10pm, seven days a week. We are available after hours for emergencies (In-House Guests Only) by calling our office and pressing 5. Out of respect for our staff, any guests that calls the emergency line and do not have true emergencies, will be charged a minimum $50 fee. Please use your best judgement when calling the emergency line. True emergencies include, but are not limited to, issues with entry or door locks, flooding, fire, power, etc.
