The primary bedroom offers a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom for a quiet retreat, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed. For additional guests, the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunks. To ensure comfort during warmer days, the home is equipped with four window A/C units—one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

The heart of the home is a comfortable, open living space featuring two large couches, a gas fireplace, and Roku TVs throughout for easy streaming. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering, boasting bar seating for three at the counter and a dining table with bench seating that accommodates six people.
