This cozy haven is ideal for a couple or a small family, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 modern bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The layout includes a comfortable open-plan living space with a pullout sofa, an armchair, and an ottoman, all centered around a 40” Roku TV. The bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary with its own 32” Roku TV, a dresser, and ample closet space. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dinnerware, and cookware, along with a convenient dining table. The bathroom features a functional bathtub and shower combination.

While the property's structured amenities are minimal, guests will enjoy a lovely beachy atmosphere characterized by a calming color palette and plenty of natural light. The condo is situated just 300 feet from the beach, providing Sea & Sun residents with private access to the sand. For your convenience, beach towels and chairs are provided, and the property includes one covered parking spot to save you from beach parking costs.

Guests have access to a sparkling pool on the property for refreshing swims. If you are traveling with a furry friend, one small dog under 25 lbs is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $40. Please note that pets must be crated when left alone and are not permitted on the public beach.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Safety: No lifeguard is on duty at the pool; please supervise children at all times.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided due to weather or after the refund period has expired.
